This project involved designing a 16-page saddle-stitched annual report booklet for a fictional event management company. Using Adobe InDesign, I created visual unity throughout the document by applying consistent paragraph and character styles, and selecting typefaces that aligned with the company’s theme.
The cover images were chosen specifically for their relevance to the brand and were edited in Photoshop to ensure cohesive lighting and tone. Additional provided images were also colour-corrected and stylized in Photoshop to maintain a unified visual theme across the entire report.
Mockups of the front and back covers were created in Photoshop for presentation purposes. I produced both reader spreads for display and printer spreads for production, using Adobe Acrobat to rearrange page order if needed and to check for potential colour issues using the overprint preview feature.
This project was built in Adobe InDesign using provided text that needed to be formatted for a clean, readable layout. I used a combination of columns, margins, guides, and parent pages to structure the content—setting up consistent headers, footers, and page markers throughout the booklet.
I selected typefaces that suited the purpose of the content, especially for the glossary section, where clarity and readability were important. I also created a table of contents, selected an image for the front and back covers, and prepared the final document for print using Imposition Studio and Adobe Acrobat.
For this project, I used Adobe InDesign and the Data Merge tool to create a series of customized postcards for multiple recipients, based on provided information. Once the dynamic layouts were set, I generated a merged document for print and prepped everything for output in Adobe Acrobat.
It was a great intro to working with variable data—making personalized designs at scale while keeping things sharp, cohesive, and print-ready.
For this project, I created a technical heart illustration in Adobe Illustrator, combining precision drawing techniques with thoughtful composition. I was provided Shutterstock images, which I prepped in Photoshop and saved as .tif files for high-quality print use.
The final poster layout was built in InDesign, using a clean grid structure and a 0.125-inch bleed to meet print specifications. I included crop marks and carefully prepared the final file for professional printing.
This piece showcases my ability to manage multi-program workflows, prepare assets for print, and combine technical illustration with thoughtful layout design.
Using the provided Shutterstock images, I created a fashion magazine cover and double page spread with a youthful and edgy feel. The Layout was done in InDesign, and photographs edited in Photoshop.
For the cover I selected a bold image, and funky typefaces to reflect the vibrant bold cover image.
I wanted my magazine spread to have a young adult feel, so I went modest with the type layout, and on the right side, I went with a full bled image to help create some contrast.
